Chiphopper

Chiphopper

We've joined IBM's PartnerWorld program and put zDoop into IBM's Chiphopper program. That's the short story. Is it just a small step to validate our software for Linux on System z? After the work and testing (and work and testing and work and testing) so far, we're pretty confident there won't be any problems. Or is it a big step as we transition from invisible to visible?

It can be difficult to find that first customer site where you can deploy your new software. IBM's Chipphopper program (the classic and official IBM name is IBM Systems Advantage Application for Linux) helps with both. IBM very generously provides hardware and help for testing our ported application. Moving from our environment to theirs helps us find and smooth out any bumps, and customers gain from knowing that our application has been validated. It's a terrific help.

zDoop validation, here we come. Let's help our customers become as confident as we are.
