New DevOps Features Tackle Data Integration Complexity
Santa Clara, CA (May 04, 2016) — Today, Veristorm announced new features for vStorm Enterprise that simplify deployment of cloud-based analytics on Oracle’s Database Cloud Service (DBCS) platform. Veristorm’s improved DevOps support will shorten the time to ROI on analytics projects, especially for financial and insurance clients.
In enterprise analytics and big data projects, data integration has been shown to consume up to 80% of the project development time, leaving less time and budget for actual analytics. For example, projects to assess lending risk can be delayed by challenges like accessing production enterprise systems while avoiding disruption or delays to more critical applications like transaction processing.

Clients can configure and test extraction of enterprise data and loading into Oracle DBCS through the vStorm Enterprise GUI, and automate operation in test and production environments through the API and automatically generated scripts. Integrated support for existing security software further reduces risk and reduces the time to deliver the solution.
